Copies your Shopify sales into Xero — and proves every night that
nothing is missing.
Every accounting sync claims to move your orders across. What merchants complain
about is finding out months later that some of them never arrived, or arrived with
the wrong VAT. Everysale re-reads both Shopify and Xero each night and tells you,
by name, about any order the two disagree on.
What it does
Copies tax, never calculates it. The figure on your invoice is
the figure Shopify charged, to the penny — including partial refunds, mixed
rates, exempt customers and tax-inclusive pricing.
Refunds become credit notes dated by the refund, so the
adjustment lands in the period it happened in rather than the period of the
sale.
Edited orders are corrected, even after the invoice has been
paid.
It refuses rather than guesses. If a tax rate has no
counterpart in your Xero, or an order's own figures do not add up, it stops and
tells you why instead of posting something plausible.
Read-only on Shopify. The app cannot change anything in your
store, and never asks for permission to.

Getting it
Everysale is in pilot with a small number of merchants and is not yet listed on the
Shopify App Store. If you would like to be one of them, write to
d.metodiev92@gmail.com and say which store and
which Xero organisation you use.
